Room Available for Rent in Luxury Highrise

Salaam Everyone,

I have a room available for rent in my flex 1 bedroom apartment at the Hayden LIC. The room is very spacious at  ~210 sqft. I’m looking for a guy to take over my current flatmate’s lease starting August 1st (flexible) for 12 months for $1700/mo. The apt has in-house laundry. The Hayden is a luxury high-rise building 15mins subway from midtown with a 2 floor gym, bball court, rooftop, and other amenities. Please email me for pics or more information if you’re interested.
