So, Both rooms get plenty of sunlight! >>Kitchen is all ready if you love to cook! >>There’s a small yet workable shared living room. (This is woodside, close to the city.. The bigger space, the higher the rent is) >>The location is called Woodside, and our place is 3 blocks from 7 train & LIRR… E,F,M,R are close by too!! 15-25 minutes to the city!! >>Close to all kind of stores, laundry — Everything you need is steps away. …A little thing about me, I’m a real estate person & a part time nursing student.
