Renting out one bedroom to Muslim female in the heart of SoCal

Renting out a room in the heart of SoCal. I am looking for a Muslim female roommate who is preferably a working professional/student. I am also looking for someone who is clean and easy to get along with. Outside of that, I want my roommmate to enjoy SoCal and the apartment as much as I am. The neighborhood is walking distance to great shops and a quick bike ride to the beach. It is also very safe and quiet with plenty of parking. Cost is $1000 monthly + shared utilities (roughly $50 – $80 a month).
